The Role

The purpose of this role is to manage, grow and engage with our strategic Clients.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable across numerous digital marketing channels and an expert in one or two of them.

Key Responsibilities

Nurturing Relationships with a portfolio of existing clients & ensuring they are benefiting from the full range of our services.Providing strategic direction to clients & developing high level reports. Managing the development of Client Leads and business growth. Qualifying, responding to & delegating inbound leads to our internal and collaboration team. Proposal, pitch and tender development.Clear communication of digital strategies and performance to Clients and the our team.Keeping up to date with industry trends & innovations, ensuring they are being applied to client accounts in a smart manner. Developing our reputation as well as your own. Generating Case Studies and Award entries for your clients & client leads. Meeting & beating KPIs. Improve our business processes where opportunities present themselves. Enjoying the role and developing your career.
Demonstrable client management experience. Practical digital marketing experience. Experience growing and leading a team. Experience working to KPIs. Time management & prioritisation is key. Relevant digital marketing toolkit. Experience winning pitches & proposals & negotiating fees.
Salary Commensurate with experience. Monthly New Client bonus plus expenses. Quarterly profit share. Opportunity to become a world class marketer
